Williams Logistics: Leading with Purpose

Embracing B Corp Values to Attract Talent and Like-Minded Brands

At Williams Logistics, achieving B Corp certification signifies more than just a milestone; it’s a testament to our commitment to using business as a force for good. This guide outlines what being a B Corp means for Williams Logistics, how it benefits potential employees, and why brands with similar values should partner with us.

Williams Logistics Is Proudly B Corp Certified

For over forty years, the Williams Logistics team has dedicated itself to fostering a more sustainable and socially responsible industry. Guided by our strong family values, we sought B Corp certification as a way to formalise our commitment to these principles and ensure they are upheld in every aspect of our business. Certified B Corporations (B Corps) represent the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency and legal accountability. In March 2024, we proudly achieved our goal of becoming one of the first logistics companies in Australia to earn B Corp status. The certification process involved a rigorous assessment by B Lab, evaluating our practices across five key areas: Governance, Workers, Community, Environment and Customers. Maintaining our B Corp status requires recertification every few years, ensuring our ongoing commitment to these pillars and the planet. Achieving B Corp certification is more than a milestone; it’s a pledge to use our business as a force for good.

“Our customers can be confident that we are here for the long term, and that we are prioritising sustainability. People and planet are at the heart of our business.”
